In a Women’s Support session, i will help you gain a higher perspective and provide the tools to discover and create your life vision and how you may be preventing yourself from achieving your goals to succeed in all aspects of your life, things that hold us back can be many, depression, bereavement, relationship breakdown, low energy levels, illness, limiting beliefs and people, feeling stuck.

With my own knowledge and experience, I will work to support you to create a life vision and a working plan to guide you towards  the tools to make changes that will give you a greater chance of success in many areas of your life, starting with personal wellness.

By acting as a support  to design this life vision, we will together identify the deep motivators that will help keep your plan on track.

I will become a support for change whilst also understanding how difficult it can be.

Together you and I will explore your greatest health concerns and goals and examine the obstacles to achieving those goals. Most importantly, I will work with you to create your unique lifestyle plan that targets the strategies to overcome your obstacles. Your personalized life vision plan will give you the results you desire, including increased energy for you to thrive both personally and professionally.

 

Empowerment to Take Action

Most people know exactly what they need to do to develop healthy lifestyle habits. We hear it every day: lose weight, reduce your stress, eat healthy foods, spend more time with family and friends, and follow through with health professional’s recommendations. Knowing what to do is not the problem. Actually taking action and doing it, and maintaining your efforts, is an ongoing struggle for a lot of us. It is my job, as your support, to ask the tough questions that will have you exploring your deepest motivations for change, finally connecting your heart and head.

First Step – Creating Your Vision

The first step in the lifestyle change process is to create your life vision. As your personal support, I will guide you in answering the following questions:

If I were at my optimum level of health and wellness, what would that look like and feel like?

  • Why does this truly matter to me?
  • Why now?
  • What actions will I need to take to achieve this vision?
  • What will motivate me to keep taking action and sustain my vision?
  • How confident am I that I will achieve this vision?
  • How committed am I to achieving my vision?
  • What obstacles will I need to overcome to stay in action?
  • What tools will I use to overcome my obstacles?
  • In what ways will my life and relationships be enhanced by achieving my vision?
  • What single step am I committed to taking today to begin walking towards my vision?

Weekly or Monthly Updates & Goals.

In our weekly or monthly support sessions, we will celebrate the successes of the past week or month, talk over any difficulties you encountered, and set action goals for the upcoming week or month.

By identifying what works for you as a unique individual aiming for a healthy life vision, standing in your individual Power, you will start to feel  empowered. I will help you tap into your personal strengths, build your confidence, and utilize the creative resourcefulness you already possess. As your Intuitive support, I will help you experience improved self-esteem and enhanced life satisfaction.

You will find your sense of well-being, calmness and happiness through:

  • prioritizing and tackling life-balancing issues
  • living your life in alignment with your core values.

These sessions help to re-energise your body, bringing awareness, strengthening and increasing flexibility, they keep the body and energy within it flowing freely, allowing the parasympathetic nervous system to be activated and teaching you to become still enough to listen within and be totally present in the moment, toning and strengthening the postural muscles so that you walk tall, feeling confidant proud of who you are.

Reiki & Holistic Health.

Energy Balance sessions help to re- energise and re- balance the entire system, working on specific Chakras and Energy pathways allowing the body to become deeply rested and energy levels re-balanced, these powerful treatments can be used Using Breathing techniques, Relaxation and Meditation, Alignment techniques and hands on body work to bring a sense of inner stability and balance. when healing and support is needed.

I offer 1-1 Women’s Support in the privacy of my home or, if preferred, your home.

Our sessions will be 60 minute sessions, the first  consultation is Free and may be longer, your investment in yourself is £45 per session or £260 for 6 sessions, taken to suit the level of support required.
