Drop in, and chill out…..Come and join me on these lovely days of calming Dru Yoga & Restorative Yoga, Healing Relaxation, Pranayama, Mudra &  Meditation, Therapy shares, Healthy food, tips for a balanced life, and of course the powerful and supportive connection with like minded Women.

These Days are open to all, absolutely no experience necessary, held within a relaxed, nurturing and supportive environment for you to come along and Relax in. Topics related to Women’s Health and Well being, and Holistic health taster sessions, and of course a lovely shared lunch where we can all chat and share our ideas and inspirations.

These are lovely nurturing days and time you can take for yourself, for your own growth and well being, also a great way of making new friends and being around like minded Women.
